WHEN SENIOR-itis get's real!
When life throws you lemons make lemonade… Isn’t that what they say?
There becomes a certain point in time when life just gets super real. It’s senior year for me, and life is getting real. I am actually worrying more than actually enjoying my time as a senior. There are so many deadlines that I have to meet, there is just so much to do.
Right now I am trying to figure out what I want to do, well wait…I actually know what I am going to do, i’m just not sure how I am going to get there. And that part almost just doesn’t matter, because it was never promised to be easy or a straight narrow road.
God did say that as long as we believe him and have faith in him and his promises he will do whatever it is the was ask him for. I have to just believe and trust, because my faith is bigger than any obstacle!
I am pretty sure he’ll come up with some type of master plan for me. Idk, I just think I fed myself fairy tales. I believed that this path would be smooth and easy… I honestly don’t like this. I don’t like how bumpy this ride is and how zigzaggy the path is. But I know one thing, there is definitely a lesson behind this… and because I serve a God who is the God of miracles, this will be nothing for Him. He will definitely show me the way as long as I do my part, stay faithful and obedient. He just wants me to TRUST HIM!
Whoahhh wow, right here in this moment He is saying LET GO of what I want to do!!! And to TRUST HIM, with EVERYTHING!
I say all of that to say, no matter what, believe! Have faith in Him and yourself! Don’t give up on your dreams and things that you really want in life because of circumstances. God isn’t saying no, hes just saying not right now! And you can take that one to the bank, because we believe and serve a faithful faithful faithful God!!
Until next time,

But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
